Watcher is designed to be a generic resource processor (images, fonts, sounds, etc.) to build desktop widgets that allows monitoring all kinds of variables such as time, temperature, etc. based on the graphic capabilities of Java Swing while providing ease to be ported to other graphic engines or languages.
