During the last release I had to do quite a bit of hacking to get things right:

  1. Maxo problem with chemical roles: Be careful not to use chemical entities in chemical role patterns! monarch-initiative/MAxO#224
  2. ENVO outdated FOODON import which causes undesired equivalencies (I deleted these axioms manually)
  3. ONS currently entirely inconsistent with the rest, not sure why. The import exists and is updated, but I have excluded it from ecto.
  4. ENVO duplicate definition: Accidental equivalent definitions envo#1069
