Description
Several issues that I've found through my game grouped, as they're mostly single happenings not worth creating separate issues about.

Issues
1 - The Ottomans puppet rebelling Bulgaria instead of annexing it, which causes issues later during the Russo-Ottoman War

2 - Russo-Ottoman War Peace deal is broken. Russia and the Ottomans made peace (Russian Victory) but the minor Balkan Countries stayed at war with the Ottomans. Eventually the Przren League appeared and Serbia got puppeted by the Ottomans. Also Bulgaria is still an Ottoman Puppet because of issue 1.

3 - France randomly declares war on Finland around 1871 (Post Franco-Prussian War Peace)

4 - Some Important Events for Orange Free State lacks loc (Many do but these two are important)

The one on top is the Peace Deal with Sotho. The one below is ¿puppeting South Africa? No clue as I annexed them in 1858.

5 - Observing the Civil War doesn't disappear after the war ends. (It's 1882)

6 - When Stellaland annexes Goshen and becomes "United States of Stellaland", Goshen doesn't get cored.
