[Epic] Easily manage EE installations on local machine

• Manage Multiple EE Local Installations
• Ability to clone EtherealEngine from a user folk/repo and select branches at clone #22
• Install Projects, including dependency projects and npm packages
• Change project branch/commit
• Add Project Manifest (handling installing & project branch/commits via a JSON manifest)
• Oauth login to CC to access private projects & pushing
• Terminal for each project
• Install VSCode, launch VSCode for a specific directory
• Reroute CC to another machine, including CLI and vscode
