In some cases, you want group rows to have column cells just like other rows. Provide a way to set this at a grouping level.

In this case, sorting should apply to values in the group rows as well.

Allow custom 'colspan' definitions for group rows
Allow custom 'dataExtractor' methods for group rows
Add new option for including group data values when performing sorting operations
