Provide access to events to capture when the quick filters are hidden or shown

As it can be difficult to tell that a grid has quick filters when the filters are collapsed it would be nice to able to capture the event when the quick filters are hidden to be able to provide feedback in the UI external to the grid.

There are also situations where it would be preferred to actually remove any filters the user has set when the filters are hidden and restore them when they are shown again.
