Hi all. I'm new to ELRS and have a very specific use case.
I'm working on a tiny fully autonomous vehicle and would like to use a laptop to view live Mavlink telemetry. My solution is to use a BETAFPV F4 AIO w/ ELRS and a BETAFPV ELRS TX Module both with the v3.3.0 firmware. The module would connect to the laptop via USB. The module is on the way so I'll test this feature before moving forward.
As a next step, and the goal of this post, I would like to use cheaper and more readily available USB dongle transmitters. Since I don't need backpack features, I won't need any of the modules within this repo.
Are there any key factors to keep track of when replacing a module with the standard USB hardware? This is just an idea and I haven't dug into hardware requirements yet.
