Pop Up not closing

Using Chrome on Linux, when I click on a branch I am unable to close it by clicking outside of the pop up or using the back button. The address bar changes back, but I need to refresh the page to close it.

@cvandermeer That'd be great. I added you to the project and assigned this to you so nobody else jumps on it. I suggest working on this in the mvp branch, since that's what we're trying to get nailed down now and it has the most recent code. It's possible this may have been fixed as part of other updates to this codebase, Chrome, or new versions of Polymer elements used by it, so definitely start by checking those first. I don't have Linux currently set up on any machines, so I'm not able to verify the issue.
