Turns on one-way communication.

Format: oneWay <discord|whatsapp|disabled>
Examples:
oneWay discord: would only send messages coming from WhatsApp to Discord, but not the other way.**

Can it be adjusted so that it only applies to a specific group?
Example: Send from DC to WhatsApp only the "Games" Group but let the others continue sending and receiving each other.
