Add Blacklist

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are some groups/people that I don't want ported to Discord as they aren't important or they are muted in WhatsApp.

Describe the solution you'd like
The option to add someone to a blacklist so their messages won't show up in Discord.

The other option would be respect muted chats/groups and not send them to Discord.

Allow adding people to the whitelist who haven't messaged before but show up in the list command.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using the whitelist - The person has to already have messaged me and have a Discord channel before I can add them to the whitelist. This means if a new number messages me I have no way of adding them to the whitelist as there is no valid channel.

Blocking - This is listed as the blacklist option but I don't want to block people. I just don't want some of them showing in my Discord.
