bot cannot be invited

Describe the bug
i ran the executable, inputted my bot token, and tried to paste the command into a browser, however, the site is stuck at this screen

i tried login to the web version of discord and nothing happened

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run executable
2. follow link
3. stuck at that screen

Expected behavior
the bot gets invited like normal
