.B Tm-hello-world
is a simple program to demonstrate communication between nodes on The
Machine through shared memory using POSIX APIs. It operates as a text
chat program, sending messages read from the console to another user
and displaying messages sent from that user.

<shelf> is the name of a shelf in fabric attached Memory.

<my-id> is a small integer indicating which buffer to use for sending
messages.

<their-id> is a small integer indicating which buffer to use for
receiving messages.
