This is the new version of FluxRGNN, associated with our updated manuscript "Learning to predict spatio-temporal movement dynamics from weather radar networks".

Major changes

  • extended README with additional information on required input data, preprocessing and analysis scripts
  • updated all jupyter notebooks to generate figures for the updated manuscript
  • added notebooks/inspect_results.ipynb to quickly visualize model outputs
  • changed all config files to default settings for the weather radar data
  • added preprocessing_environment.yml to update conda environment for radar data preprocessing
