Pages not being served

Hey,

I am working on Pretzel (https://github.com/Code52/pretzel) which uses Firefly, but am having an issue either with Windows 8 or .net 4.5 (not sure which at the moment).

I have been experiencing a very odd problem where in Pretzel Firefly does not start serving pages until I focus on the console window. And after grabbing the Firefly source, the hello world application never starts serving pages! The browser just sits there trying to resolve localhost:8080.

As I look into this problem more, I will try and update this issue, and get a few friends with different configurations to test it out. But any thoughts from you would be handy :)

Odd! Yeah, I saw this repro'ed on win8/net45 recently, too.

I will retest once I install the RC for VS11 and Win8
