[Feature Request] Allow to share lists

Currently you can only share trails, but not lists.
I would like to edit lists together as well.
Additionally it seems logical to add the full "sharing" options to lists - make them publicly available or share them privately.

Similar feature discussed here #76 when the list concerns a multi-segment track. Could probably be extended to arbitrary multi-segments tracks, like regional hikes etc.

Hello!

It seems, that it's only possible share lists in v0.9.0 to other logged in users. If I copy the link and try to open it without beeing logged in, only the login page is showing up.

All tracks in this list are set to "public".

It would be nice to share lists with other people, that haven't a login.

Or am I doing something wrong?
