Changed version number

The latest version of Magica Voxel (0.99.7.0) seems to use version number 200 instead of 150. Not sure what changed.

I changed the check on the version number to a warning so I could load the models, which works for the models I tried. Not sure if you want to change that or keep the throw in there.
