Amego Invoice Platform - WooCommerce Plugin

Note: This is not an official plugin from Amego

Guide

Features

  • When payment is completed for a WooCommerce order, the order information will be sent to Amego to issue an invoice
  • Available options for invoice type on the checkout page
    • Paper Invoice (紙本發票)
    • Company (公司統一編號)
    • Mobile Carrier (手機載具)
    • Citizen Digital Certificate (自然人憑證條碼)
    • Invoice Donation (捐贈發票)
  • The following information will be sent:
    • Order ID
    • Invoice Date
    • Customer Name
    • Customer Email, Address and Phone Number (if provided)
    • Invoice Type
    • Carrier Number 載具條碼 / Company Tax ID 公司統一編號 / Donation Code 捐贈碼 (if provided)
    • Total Amount including tax
    • Taxable Sales Amount: Total Amount
    • Tax-Free Sales Amount: 0
    • Sales Tax Amount: If the invoice is for a company, it will be 5% of the total amount; otherwise will be 0
    • Tax Type: Taxable
    • Product Item Name, Quantity, Unit Price & Total Amount including tax

Limitations

  • Invoice information will NOT be updated automatically after the order is updated or is cancelled. The merchant must manually update the invoice information or cancel the invoice on Amego

Installation

  1. Download the woocommerce-amego.zip from the latest release
  2. Go to wordpress admin panel, click on Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin
  3. Upload the zip file and activate the plugin
  4. Go to Settings -> Amego, enter invoice ID and App Key and save

    Note: If you don't have a App Key, please contact Amego support

Testing

Test the plugin with the following credentials:

  • Invoice ID: 12345678
  • App Key: sHeq7t8G1wiQvhAuIM27

After purchase in WooCommerce, go to Login Page > 測試帳號登入 to view the records of testing invoice

Test API without purchase:

This will send a synthetic order to Amego
