synonymy management script

Discussed at CIDGOH "Ontology Curation & Ontology Research" Meeting (2023-08-09):

• Proposed as a MSc project/subproject.
• Would require some literature review and scripting.
• Deep learning models could also be used to help apply synonymy.

It would be great to have a script to help manage with synonymy, performing tasks such as:

• Checking if a synonym being repeated across several words. Help inform if it should be made a class instead and which terms would need to be updated were that to occur.
• When making a new term, need a means check if any existing terms us it or an alternative label as a "broad" or "narrow" synonym. That way we can make sure the existing terms relation are updated to "parent class" or "subclass" as appropriate.
• Assist in managing synonym as a separate file from the owl, edit-owl, and non-merged ROBOT tables, such that people can more easily include or exclude synonym as appropriate for their needs.
