Can't execute registerEvents when inserting empty CType Plugin

When inserting Content Element of CType Plugin with Page Record Selection and saving without selecting record, element can't execute registerEvents. List and Page is working, but not in Frontend Editing. Used plugin is loading page tree of set pid to access records visually.
TYPO3 tries to execute several functions and stops at registerEvents() when loading content after save. Previous versions were capable of executing the plugin correctly.
