[Suggestion] Mod/modded item wildcard

This mod seems to render the 'Flower Pouch' from Botania useless by default, I'm currently adding each individual flower (flower only) to the blacklist.

It would be much simpler if I was able to do something like /b add botania:flower:* instead of having to add each one by one.

And also make the disable blacklist 'Toggleable' rather than having to hold it which can be akward to do.
