Swiss Camp 10m tower dataset composition #104

There were many data loggers used at swiss camp to record data from the 10 m tower.
This issue tries to document how different files are merged.

In reverse chronological order, the most recent data comes from CR1000 installed in 2014 8blue data in the first plot below.

Before that, and starting in 1999, a number of CR10X files are available (see plot below).
The data is homogeneous and logged hourly.

Before 1999, it was a mix of CR27 and CR27X:

Variables were separated in different with temporal resolution varying from 10 min (radiation data) to 3h (temperature and pressure in winter mode).
