Add support for FESL.

Would be nice if you could add support for EA's FESL through a Module.

FESL is a server that "wraps" GameSpy server. (such as Nintendo WiFi Connection) Although is not focues on the main GameSpy emulation, I could creare a separare module for supporting it. (I'm 80% sure it uses authtokens). I, unfortunately, don't have any game that supports this protocol, that means I have no way to test that. (Maybe NFS Carbon 2006 for PC? afaik NFS Carbon uses it and it works just fine under Windows 10.

Huh really? Gonna install it.

At least NFS:Carbon and BF2142 are working just fine for me under Windows 10 with no CD executables.
