旧功能调整

功能描述

开启 全屏沉浸，但未勾选 隐藏状态栏 时，直播间应显示状态栏（希望是截图1的样子）

需要理由

对于挖孔屏，隐藏状态栏后，顶部看着非常别扭（见截图2）
偶尔需要看时间等信息
根据配置信息（ 全屏沉浸，但未勾选 隐藏状态栏 ），此时应该是状态栏透明（而不是隐藏）
