[Suggestion] Ignore repeated prefix, or option to ignore unknown commands

When using the default prefix of "!", sometimes people on the server will get excited and type "!!!!" in response to someone else's post, at which point RPBot will give an "Unknown command" response. It would be nice to either have the option to disable this command, or for RPBott to specifically ignore the prefix being repeated.

Man why is this not a thing yet? I was in a server last night that had a bot that does song requests and every time i did the command the RPBot said it don't recognize the command. I am like "no s**t you stupid bot the command is not even for you!"

@shufunk Bots should share prefixes. It's configurable for a reason.
