Fade In/Fade Out? #41
Comments
Hey @italiangrandma, thanks for your feedback; I'll look into how I could best implement this. The settings window is quite small, so I'm not sure how to best display the options for this, i.e. is it a fixed fade in/out of x seconds, or can a user select their preferred fade times. As a first pass I could make it a fixed fade in of 0.5s / 1s, and work from there. I'll add it to the todo list. :) |
Cool! Since there is a scroll bar, wouldn’t it be fine to just add that option on a new row? It would be great if we could toggle the duration of the fade in/out! Thanks for taking a look! |
+1 Fade out on stop would make SoundDeck usable in more situations. If you had a basic implementation with a fixed time (3s is a good balance) we can help make UI for it. |
Additionally, it would be nice if the stop button would have a fade out option too. |
Any update on this? This is by far the best music plugin available. I use it for D&D music and ambience playing, and it would be incredible if there was a crossfade function between tracks. I think that is the only function missing to make this the perfect program! |
This plugin had exactly the kind of control over a list of music/sounds I wanted to play and this is the only feature it hurts to lose over stock StreamDeck actions. |
Any update or news regarding this feature? |
It would be fantastic if we could set audio to fade in/out when button is pressed.
