Hello,
first i want to thank all of Envy's team for reviving an awesome app (Shareaza) and making it even better. This client is very underrated for its search results and compatibility. Also, a G1 updated alternative to shareaza is what i always wanted. Please continue developing the best p2p client for Windows (IMHO).
Secondly, i want to report a crash. I know the program is in early development stage, but i guess, reporting this might help you.
Recreation steps:
Start some downloads, preferably with both default-hidden and default-visible ED2K and Gnutella sources.
Go to menu
Go to advanced
Set "Downloads.ShowAllSources" from false to true
Watch envy crash without triggering BugTrap, when it does save then you will be unable to start it ever again (this can be solved by undoing the value by regedit.)
Also, i suggest adding OpenFT, OpenNap, SoulSeek, and FastTrack support. These networks may not be as popular but still deliver good search results and have a huge userbase along with different clients. If Envy supports these networks, both i and other users could uninstall all other P2P clients such as WinMX that currently slow Envy's spreading over p2p networks.
Best regards,
