Software isn't opening

I have finished the installation successfully and I got the AI icon appearing in the show applications tab, however when I type illustrator at the terminal or I click on the Ilustrator icon at show application appears the notification Illustrator CC - Illustrator CC launched at the top of the screen but the software doesn't open, how could I proceed on it? TYIA

did you ever figure this out? This helped me I think I had a wine issue...but now I have a different wine issue now that its installed:
