Subsonic Scrobbler

If you use the subsonic plugin, you might need a subsonic scrobbler. Here is the repository with instructions for running it with docker.
This will 'scrobble' to the SubSonic server, not to last.fm or similar services: this can be done by the SubSonic server if so instructed.
We need this additional application because upmpdcli cannot understand when a track has been played.
Keep in mind that this scrobbler will only work with mpd, which by the way is the preferred (and maybe the best) renderer option for upmpdcli.
