[Idea] Reporting an inaccessible Pokem©n

Some kind of a button so a user can report that a pokem©n is not accessible and potentially save other users time/gas of going to get it.

This is a good idea but could have a couple of downsides.

This will change PMSF from read-only to read/write permission for DB.
Also will need some kind of login so you can check who reported it (against abuse).
