hello

i'm trying to analyze m6A modification of our direct RNA seq data with Xpore.

does Xpore work with only one sample..?

Hi @Seongmin-Jang-1165,

xpore is for differential modification analysis, so it requires at least two samples as inputs. We would suggest you to detect m6A with m6anet (https://github.com/GoekeLab/m6anet) if you only have one sample.
