Mainly a question, but I'm wondering what the difference is between the GCP provider service and this entirely separate module?

Still relevant, granting a FAQ-worthy answer, IMO.

google_cloud_run_v2_service is the latest resource/API supporting the versions of the Cloud Run service, with more support for CR features.

We recommend using the google_cloud_run_v2_service resource which offers a better developer experience and broader support of Cloud Run features.
