Sorry to bother you.
I have calculated the TF scores of two different samples (healthy donors and tumor sample) with different peak sets and would like to ask if the scores can be compared between different samples? I'm worried that two independently sequenced samples have completely different peak sets and different sequencing depths that would make comparing the two TF score ​​nonsensical. Because the correction process is complicated, I am confused about this issue.
