Figure out trigger timings > MMN

• Run with PsychoPy on Kernel PC
• Run with MATLAB on the same CAMH laptop, and hook it up to the Kernel PC
  • via USB directly from CAMH PC to Kernel PC
  • Will need cables (USB-a > USB-a)
  • via USB to trigger box serial and from trigger box USB-c to Kernel PC
  • cables (USB-a/c > Serial) & (USB-c > USB-a/c)
  • via local network
• Run with MATLAB on Kernel PC
• get the admin password
• get CAMH to install MATLAB
• get PTB running on Kernel PC

Tried two things in parallel:

1. installing PsychoPy on the Kernel PC:

• The installation is not currently possible, as we need to install portaudio19-dev via apt, and we do not have the admin password for the Kernel PC
  • possible solution: Ask Kernel Co. for the sudo password.

2. Run with MATLAB on Kernel PC

• Installed trial version of MATLAB
• Wrote basic code to send triggers over UDP network to Kernel SDK - need to try on Kernel PC
