Deployed on Heroku stack 20, although all builds use the same Gemfile with gem "openssl", '~> 3.0.1'. The OpenSSL PKCS#12 parser doesn't work with both self-built P12 files and real ones.

This is an issue with Heroku stack 22 not this repository, but leaving the notice here in case others run into this bug with certain patches of OpenSSL or Ubuntu 22.04 on PKCS#12 parsing.
