App被关闭的情况下，收到多条推送通知（action方式打开activity并传参），只有第一次点击的通知能启动activity并获取到参数。当点击第一个通知打开app后，再去点击其他的通知，只能打开应用，不能启动activity和传参

可以提供一下日志吗？
终端设备上抓取日志的方法（保存为TXT或者ZIP文件）：

  1. Adb连上手机后，分别执行下面命令：
adb shell setprop log.tag.hwpush VERBOSE
adb logcat -v threadtime 1> D:\hwpush.log
  1. 复现问题场景。
  2. 按“Ctrl+C”完成。
    同时请尽可能记录出现问题的设备型号、EMUI版本号、HMS Core（APK）版本号、集成的SDK版本号
