ScreenSnipper is a screen capture and recording app for Windows PC's.

Installation

Find the latest GitHub release of the code here. Then download and run the installer. once the installation is complete launch ScreenSnipper.exe

Usage

Run the .exe

Launch ScreenSnipper.exe from the start menu or by pressing ctrl + PrintScreen or ctrl + alt + S. If this is your first time running ScreenSnipper then you need to click Options and then More Options. Select you three destination folders using the buttons on the right side of the screen. These are the folders that you have the option to save your snips. Once you have setup your favorite folders close the More Options window and return to the menu bar. To select the destination of your snips click on the Options button on the left of the menu bar, Then select your preferred destination.

Taking Snips

To take a screenshot of the entire screen, click the first button or press ctrl + 1. To take a screenshot of a single window, click the seccond button and drag over the window that you wnat to snip or press ctrl + 2 to take a snip of the current window. To snip a specific area of the screen, use the third button or press ctrl + 3 and click and drag the zone that you would like to capture. When a snip is saved a popup will apear at the top of the screen.

Pull requests are welcome. For major changes, please open an issue first to discuss what you would like to change.
