It can take a few minutes for the flexo font to load from the CDN and become available, so the logo output was using some other (incorrect) serif font. If you can be patient, it'll load, but I'm worried that some team members will accidentally generate and use logos w/ the wrong font.
Proposed Solution: Host the flexo font in our app, rather than using a CDN (as long as this is ok based on our Flexo license.) -Note: Do we need to be using the font family in the new brand guide from marketing? Not sure if we've decided when to do that. @andrew-frueh
