Drops when breaking a mob spawner
When combined with a [[Powered Spawner]] in an Anvil you'll get a Powered Spawner that can spawn the mob type of this broken spawner. You can change the type of a broken spawner with a [[Soul Vial]] in the [[Soul Binder]].
