Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user, I want to be able to see the latest news related to each district in the app so that I can see what has happened and whether the DC has had a direct influence on it.

Describe the solution you'd like
A feed showing the headlines for each recent piece of news as well as links to read further.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Could use webscraping but this has several significant disadvantages:

  1. Is vulnerable to websites changing and thereby rendering the webscraping code redundant.
    • This is especially pertinent to the Shiny app because we would prefer to have a live attachment to latest news, or something that stays relatively up-to-date.
  2. It would need to be done at potentially individual news website level so it open to bias.

Additional context
Should consider how it will impact the performance of the app.
