Report an error with Facebook feed or DC details on page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When the user observes an error with the Facebook feed or an error with the District Council info, they have to manually note down the constituency or the error, which increases user effort.

Describe the solution you'd like
A button which will auto generate an email to the developer email. This could either be mailitto link that opens up a browser for the user, or a button that auto-generates a message flagging an error (e.g. "report fail/wrong Facebook feed", or another one that says "report missing/incomplete information"). Part of the message should be auto-populated with the DC code so the developers can look into it much more easily.
