Bug when uploading a new image with the same filename as previous image #988

To reproduce:

Open group settings
Click the group icon to open image upload widget
Select an image file
Image is correctly uploaded and group icon is displayed
Click the group icon again to open the image upload widget again
Select a different image file with the same filename

Expected

New image replaces old image in the group icon

Actual

Old image is still displayed

Doesn't seem to be a client caching issue.
