Доброго дня.

А в логах что при этом? Желательно на debug уровне.

в configuration.yaml нужно прописать

logger:
  default: warning
  logs:
    custom_components.yandex_weather: debug

и перезапустить HA

А версия компонента какая?... То что я вижу в логах не очень соответствует тому, что происходит в коде...

потому что обновления надо сливать в репозиторий.

Сейчас v1.2.1 выкачу -- там это поправлено.
