Plot average performance vs iteration for all optimizers (Benchmarking updates #44)
Each optimizer should be run for multiple starting points and average fitness reported
Comparison should be done for functions that have known optima (e.g. Gaussian combinations)
Need to benchmark with extremely high dimensional functions (> 100-1000 D)
