I'm assuming the status (finalist, etc) field won't be an actual form on the field, but a field for admin users to set. Is that a correct assumption?

The Type of Content, Type of Organization and Content Tags fields are just using the default category and tag taxonomies now until we have the custom terms from #119 ready.

The form at http://staging.current.flywheelsites.com/local-projects-submission/ has been updated to include a conditional featured image/video field as well as a project link field.

The submission form at http://staging.current.flywheelsites.com/local-projects-submission/ has been updated to include the new fields from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1eHTJV1OKOWfOrZAaPosovc96dfhn1A_-SdRyMWge8Ts/edit#gid=0, along with conditional additional link fields that only display if the link field before it is not empty
