Missing Dataverse installation descriptions

If I am not wrong, these Dataverse installations descriptions need to be filled:

Repositórios Piloto da Rede Nacional de Ensino e Pesquisa
UCLA Dataverse
University of Manitoba Dataverse
World Agroforestry - Research Data Repository

Descriptions can be found on the official websites, so I can post them here if it is okay.

Hi @IlariaBelvedere. These installations have no descriptions. Do you still plan to add them?

And more broadly, maybe we should either make descriptions mandatory, so installation managers need to provide them.

Or indicate somehow that if they don't provide descriptions, we'll write them based on what we find on the installation. Maybe we could add a note like this on the GitHub issue template.
