Topic Recommendation Systems for Software Repositories in GitHub: KGRec and KGRec+

This repository contains the SED-KGraph dataset, a crowed-sourced Software Engineering and Development topics Knowledge Graph, and replication package for KGRec and KGRec+, two topic recommenders based on this knowledge graph.
