perplexica doesn't properly quote HTML in generated output #204

Describe the bug
If an answer includes HTML, it will be interpreted by the browser, breaking the rendering

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to localhost:3000
select model qwen2:1.5b-instruct-q4_K_M
Type 'create a simple webpage' in the text box
Perplexica will start to render the answer
The browser will start to render the answer
The page goes blank

Expected behavior
Perplexica should quote the output so that the browser doesn't think that it should be rendering it.
