[Bug] Unable to send test message: Unable to post to webhook: HTTP request failed: [502:BadGateway]

Describe the Bug
Notifications doesn't work anymore.
Error : Unable to send test message: Unable to post to webhook: HTTP request failed: [502:BadGateway] [POST] at [https://notify.lunasea.app/v1/custom/device/:device_id]

I tested the URL via Postman: {"message":"OK"}.

To Reproduce
Send a notification to Lunasea through Sonarr.

Expected Behaviour
I should receive a notification on my Lunasea app.

Same issue with Radarr but it works with Tautulli.
