Bluetooth connection failed

Hi there,
I need some help.
I am trying to connect to a Bluetooth module, which I can detect using the scan function, but the connection fails.

System and hardware description:
PC: Windows 10, Python 3.11.4,
Blt module: Ebyte73 nRF52833, Arduino core nRF5

I am sure the module is working properly. I can read and write using nRF connect (Android).
Does anyone have an idea of what could be the issue?

Hi, what happens if you run it with --address-type random?

I get the following:

The cmd seems to be running the loop and it keeps the port busy. Meaning, I cannot access it in Arduino IDE or other serial monitors.
Is this a normal behaviour for the command line ble-serial - XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX --address-type random ?
Can you think of a workaround to get access to the port in a serial monitor software?

This exactly looks like it should be, you should be able to connect.
What are your serial terminal settings? Remember to use COM9

Baud: 115200

It works on a laptop windows 10.
Works on desktop ubuntu 22.04.
Not working desktop windows 10.

I will continue the dev on my laptop. Thanks for your help.
