Request: Clean up README to be clear about GUI -OR- CLI

I got really confused when I went through your guide once I used the GUI tool as it seemed like you needed to use the CLI that you made too. (it was the steps, then GUI, then CLI, then more steps that made me think I needed both).

I would recommend maybe separating out the terminal instructions into a different readme and linking to that so its a little easier to sort out.

With that said, I did get this all working! One additional thing I needed to do was to delete all of the backups that were in my world folder. Once I ran the GUI, deleted the backups, deleted the WorldOption.sav file, and re-uploaded to the server, everything worked great!
